So the Vikings get one great year out of Brett Favre and do what ever sensible front office person would do, and bring him back for a second year hoping for similar results. We all know what happened when he returned, HE SUCKED. Plain and simple, Brett didn't have this year- and chances are, he never will again. His career, albeit a Hall of Fame career, is over in the NFL. Brett has amazed us with falling down, injuries, scandals, penis pictures, and lately concussions. Time to hang it up Brett and move on Wrangler commercials full time, or join the cast of Two and a Half Men.
So, now there is rumors that the Vikings are interested in Donovan McNabb? Really? I mean, don't get me wrong, Donovan is still better than 2/3 of the league- but what about the QBs they have on the bench, who have been waiting for their own shot at the NFL? Why not get a young QB who can be there for more than 2 years? They spend the money on players at the end of the road- why not trade up in the draft and get a QB for the future? Just a thought.
